Dont let the front appearance fool you. This childcare is wonderful. Its a hidden gem! The staff and care that is provided is second to none. Communication to parents is clear and not complicated you are made to feel welcome like visiting family. I have had my daughter enrolled for close to 2 years now with so many wonderful attributes to her growing character. All the teachers are ladies who are very experienced most are mothers so naturally that is a bonus. No turn overs of staff in the years we've been coming which is important from the ethos of centre management down to childs relationships. The food is incredible and nutritious always changing warm and comforting. I have known and heard many other childcares that provide basic bland food but not here, it's delicious. The educational activities are designed and well thought out, with the centre being smaller in numbers your child gets much attention and care. I have not had one contagious sickness come from the childcare since I have had my daughter enrolled which is amazingly unheard of, it shows how clean and hygienic the centre is. Honestly this childcare is the best 10/10.

Highly recommended place if you care to give a good time to your kids! It is a nurturing, engaging and caring childcare sensitive to the child's need. Always a fantastic engagement with the staff and owner. After moving out, my little one still wishes to go back. We'd love to have been able to continue if we weren't moving.Good luck to all of the team.

We are very happy with the decision to send our daughter to Parramatta Preschool and Long Day Care. It has been a great experience! All the educators are loving and caring, we can clearly see that they truly care about the kids' development and wellbeing. Our daughter always comes home talking about the fun she had with her friends and the educators. Can't recommend it enough ❤️

Parramatta Preschool staff and Miss Zarin has been the best and positive experience my boy and myself has been involved with. He came from another preschool in which he was crying nearly every time that he goes there, and when we came here at PPS&LDC, he was so welcomed by everyone and actually made a best friend that we keep in contact with.. Thank you everyone, especially Miss Tess who made sure my son was toilet trained and writing well before he goes to kindergarten this year.

Great place for kids.It has many facilities and provides many interactive sessions for kids.All the educators are amazing and friendly.They provide a very comfortable environment for kids.Mrs Zareen has always been kind .She understands the situation and provides flexibility when required .Highly recommend this place.

Where should I start from, right from the cleanliness, discipline, food, curriculum, routine, SUPERB EDUCATORS and FOUNDER! ALL ARE EXCELLENT! My 8 month old baby started there in 2020, during very difficult Covid time, but the teachers are so careful and disciplined that I have never had any complaints. They keep you updated about everything, plus you get daily updates on your email. I could have given more than 5 stars as the teachers have given so much love and care, and my daughter now 22months old says more than 15 nursery rhymes with actions, elbow coughs and sneezes, eats by herself, starting to give cues when needs to go to the bathroom and her craftwork is adorable, and best of all has picked up good mannerisms and is well-behaved around other kids. I wouldn't imagine my baby girl picking up all of this at home or in any other school. She loves going to school!I would strongly recommend Parramatta Preschool for your baby.

A fantastic childcare center with great facilities and location. We were very happy and satisfied with the educational and personal development programs. The staff members are very friendly, caring, dedicated and willing to discuss with parents about child's development. We strongly recommend this place.

Being the first day care of my child, this centre will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are very happy with the progress he has made in terms of his development and motor skills. The patience, dedication and care shown by his educators definitely helped him mould into the child he is today. Special thanks to Miss Dimpy, Miss Dian and to all the educators who were instrumental in taking care of him. I would definitely recommend the day care to anyone who is looking at enrolling their child into day care. Thank you!

My son enjoyed going to paramatta daycare, I saw a lot of changes and development in him since his first month there and could not be any happier. He was able to overcome his social anxiety with help from the educators. Special thanks to Miss Joshmi, Miss Joan, Miss Neeti, Miss Tess. They all bonded so well with our son and made him comfortable and happy. All the educators are caring and enthusiastic, and always keep us informed of our child’s activities.I would highly recommend paramatta daycare to anyone who is looking to enrol their child!!

My Wife and I would sincerely like to thank Miss Zarine and the whole team of Parramatta Preschool and Long Day Care. We started taking our Son here in February 2021. In the time that he has been in your care we can see and feel so many improvements in him. We really appreciate that you listen to our concerns and pay attention to the things we wanted to work on with his development. We could not be happier in so many ways from the cleanliness of the center to the attention and care of all the educators and staff. Keep up the great work.

The educators are very caring and the meals provided are of good quality with a lot of variety. The children are also taught writing skills which is not available at all preschools.

Great educators, beautiful learning experiences, very warm loving environment..Miss zarin is a great leader having lots of knowledge and professionalism of her work .Miss Tess and miss meenakshi always provides new learning experience to children. I love miss asil welcoming nature and way of interaction with children.I enrol my daughter their when she was 3 yr old. All the staff members helps her a lot to settle over there.I can see a lots of improvement in my daughter.Thank you so much miss zarin and her team for everything you did for my daughter.You all are great 🥰🥰highly recommended 😊👍🏻

Parramatta Preschool & Long Day Care. it's a very happy and loving day care for my son to attend. he's been attend this center 2 years and couldn't be happier. all the educator built wonderful relationships with kids. Especially Ms. Tess and Ms. Dian, my son learn and grow up a lot from them, I saw a noticeable difference in his vocabulary skills and confidence!! Most importantly, my son loves attending and I feel so comfortable leaving him in their very capable hands.Thanks all the staff and I can highly recommend this day care to anyone who is looking for a high quality, caring environment for their littles ones.

We enrolled our child 4 months ago and are very happy with the daycare and the teachers. Although it took a while to adjust her and overcome her separation anxieties, teachers were patient and caring. They built trusting relationships with our child, and since then, she is happy to go there and learn. Teachers are very friendly, supportive and are always open to conversation.

Just enrolled my child a couple of weeks ago. And I'm very happy that I choose this one. My child settled quickly and enjoyed to be there. The teachers are very responsible and taking good care of him. All teachers are very patient and willing to spend time to communicate with me. My child seems really happy there and he even wanted to go there on the day when he is not booked in. Highly recommend this center to everyone.

Every educator at the center is good in their respective roles and I’m grateful that my child has got the opportunity to learn from such good educators.The staff take great effort in understanding the needs of every child, so they can learn and develop at their own pace. I would like to thank Ms. Meenakshi/ Ms. Dian/ Ms. Tess/ Ms. Joan for taking good care of my son, especially Ms. Asil Rawat who along with other staff is constantly encouraging my son to improve his social skills, also her efforts have made drop-offs much easier for us.

We have just enrolled our third and youngest at Parramatta Preschool, following her two older siblings who have been cared for here since 2015. Throughout the years, and we expect, in the years to come we have enjoyed the highest quality of service from the staff. Our children have been happy, healthy and have thrived under the care of all the teachers, especially under the guidance of Tess Erlich. The dedication of the teachers in their role means that our children have felt the affection of their carers as if they were family.The centre provides exciting and rigorous learning strategies in a clean and engaging environment. The homemade meals made on site are always delicious and nutritious.Culture and diversity is celebrated at Parramatta Preschool and the staff lead a strong community spirit.

I really had a very good experience with this childcare which offers lots of opportunities for children to learn,play and socialise with other children.My son enjoyed going here and had spend almost 2.5 years . Staff is very curtius and helpful, I would like to thank Miss Taas for her wonderful support . All here are just awesome. Lovely and caring environment. My son loves to go everyday though i had opted for only 3 days a week. I would highly recommend, its less expensive compared to other center with simillar qualities. Special Thanks to Miss Zarin for her continued support. All the best

The first time we visited this place for an enquiry, we instantly knew that this preschool is the one for our child. The staff, headed by Ms Zarin, are very proactive & enjoy doing what they do. What we liked the most is that the place was impeccably clean and tidy and there is a lot of emphasis on health and hygiene.It's been 4 months since we enrolled our son, and we have no regrets. Our son had a slow start initially but has come a long way since then. He looks forward to going to school. He has started being a part of all the activities conducted and interacts well with the staff as well as other kids. The increased level of confidence that our son has gained in such a short span of time is evident.All thanks to the professional, dedicated and caring staff, who give special attention to every child depending on their needs and are always willing to help out and discuss our doubts. The daily written and pictorial feedback and also the regular feedback given personally keeps us updated about our child’s progress. I would highly recommend this place

I just finished my 3 weeks work experience in this childcare center. I'm very thankful to Miss Zarine for this short but very enjoyable experience. I will miss this beautiful children a lot😥🥰🥰. Spesial thank you to Miss Nihal. She is a very professional educator. The best educator that I've ever seen.Also very kind and always polite 👍👍👌👌Its another thing to see everything from the inside😊

We love this Preschool! My daughter is always telling us how ALL the teachers are kind, and we have personally felt the staff have consistently demonstrated genuine care for the students. The staff have been very respectful of our religious beliefs and Miss Tess has always made the time to make herself available to discuss any questions we have had. While academics are important I particularly appreciate the way this school places an emphasis on teaching social skills and good hygiene. We could not be more pleased with this school!

Our son really loved and enjoyed going to Parramatta preschool. Mrs Zarin and team are very responsible, caring and compassionate so we had the peace of mind that our child was in safe hands while we were at work. The centre is well maintained, clean and tidy all the time. They give special attention for children depending upon their need and they pay heed to what parents say and work towards the child's development. All in all we loved sending our son to Parramatta preschool and highly recommend this centre for anyone

Parramatta Preschool & Long Day Care has been our son’s second home in the last three years. Friday was his last day before his new adventure, in big school, begins next week. Mateo struggled with separation anxiety and uncontrollable tantrums in the number of daycares he attended prior to moving to Parramatta Preschool & Long Day Care. It was heartbreaking to see our normally-sweet-and-chirpy child bawl his poor eyes out during drop-offs. This daily routine prompted us to try different child care centres in the area- but with the same results. Parramatta Preschool & Long Day Care was and is different. In the first week that he was there, we saw significant improvements in his behaviour and interactions with carers during morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups. He genuinely liked the place. He made friends, learned to read and write, and eagerly participated in singing and dancing. He would tell us about the plants that grew in their garden and the countless events they celebrated at daycare. He particularly looked forward to dress-up days and show-and-tell.I highly recommend Parramatta Preschool to anyone looking for quality care for their children. The centre is always tidy and clean. There is variety in the healthy food they prepare. As soon as you walk in, you see and hear happy children. On rare occasions that you hear crying/tantrums, you will also see an educator calmly “being there” for the child. The staff here are great with kids.Our son flourished in the security of the patient, caring, and brilliant educators/carers who nurtured his fascination of the things around him. Our family is immensely grateful to the kind, and dedicated individuals that make Parramatta Preschool exceptional. Thank you for helping us prepare Mateo to venture out and experience the world with less tears and more independence.

Sending your children to Preschool is one of the more difficult decisions you will ever have to make as a parent. This is the first time that your child is spending time away from you, and it is, therefore, absolutely paramount that you get this decision right. Fortunately for us, we chose the Parramatta Preschool and Long Day Care! Zarin and team provided a great home away from home for our kids who enjoyed their time at the center. The preschool covered several activities through out the day, such as arts to crafts, reading, playtime. This allowed for a good all round development for our children and ensured they were ready for when they started school.I would highly recommend this preschool for any parents in the region.

Lovely center with the best childcare facility in the area. Highly qualified educators who have always gone an extra mile for my son, and giving him equal attention to settle down. Zohan is so attached to this place, and love spending his time with the teachers, and his friends in the center.I'm very thankful to the entire team for all their commendable efforts in developing excellent learning skills in my child. I am so happy and thankful for the teachers in Parramatta preschool and long day care.you are all amazing.!!! My daugther Mahathi is so lucky to be there.She has been there for 3years and she really love that place,teachers and Ms Zarin.Teachers are so friendly and always carry a smile on their face and takes time to discuss about the day and they were all supportive ,nurturing and caring.They take care of the children as their own with love and care.Thank you Parramatta preschool and long day care!!!.Wonderful staff and Management.Keep rocking !! A year ago our daughter Hridayaa was enrolled at parramatta preschool and long day care.We were new migrants and was looking for something which aligns our thoughts to give equal nurturing and care to help her feel safe and comfortable away from home and this preschool lived upon our expectations.The flow of the day to day activities and following the routine was very well structured to gain discipline for her.All the hygiene standards are taken care of and encouraging her to keep it clean is very much appreciated.I saw great language development and confidence in her after enrolling to parramatta preschool.Each day I get to see through pictures via email about her day and what she ate and how much she slept was very helpful to me.I am so thankful to Ms Zarin and all the team who is working to make my child learn all the life skills required and guiding towards making her a good human.I highly recommend this preschool and long day care to my friends who is looking for enrolling their child in this facility.

Sending our son Azlan to Parramatta Pre-school was probably the best decision we took when it comes to his development and upbringing. It’s been 3 fun filled and memorable years now that he’s ready to start Kindy and face this new phase of his life. We enrolled him when he was 2 years old and within no time he adjusted there and was eagerly looking forward to attend every morning. We moved out of Parramatta to Carlingford in 2018 and enrolled him in a day-care/ pre-school near our new place but we realised within a few weeks that the difference is too obvious and Azlan is actually shying away from going to his new pre-school, he also used to come back home quite dull and did not seem to be learning anything new or worthwhile. That’s when we decided to send him back to his favorite place and go an extra mile (a few to be precise) in the larger interest of his development. There has been no looking back since then. The best part about this school is that the kids seem visibly happy and engaged whenever you see them in the morning or evening and every school day upon his return Azlan would be humming a new song or poem he learned/ sang that day. It was like a home away from home, the staff is very nice and caring and treat the kids and their families like their own, a big happy family. The daily update e-mails with pictures are the icing on the cake and keep you visually updated about your kids progress. Seems like the past 3 years have gone by in the blink of an eye, can’t thank Ms. Zareen and her extremely professional team enough and wish them all the very best for their future journey. Keep it up.
